-Koyaworks goods and products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer law.
-Koyaworks accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice offered and/or parts supplied.
-All products sold MUST be installed by a licenced mechanic or workshop holding a repairer’s licence.
-This Limited Warranty applies to parts, and only for parts, purchased from Koyaworks, no labour costs are covered.
-All products are sold as motorsports items and are NOT suitable for use on public roads.
-Koyaworks takes total care to test the quality and performance of our parts and services however we cannot guarantee specific performance expectations
-Koyaworks cannot guarantee the appearance and/or colours of products presented on the website. All sizes and dimensions are approximate
-Koyaworks endeavours’ to correctly market each product / vehicle, however we cannot be held responsible for errors in published details
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Koyaworks will repair or replace, at no charge, products or
parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.
What will we do to correct problems?
Koyaworks will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement parts.
How long does the warranty last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Koyaworks is 12 months from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
-Incorrect fitment
-Damage caused from fitment
-Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
